2. Products, Pricing & Inventory
 
2.1 Our offerings include natural crystal jewelry, 925 silver gold‑plated pieces, metal‑crafted ornaments and related art‑inspired merchandise. Product photos and colors are for reference only. Natural crystals may contain inherent inclusions, textures and color variations, which are not manufacturing defects.
2.2 All displayed prices are subject to real‑time website listing and do not cover international shipping fees, import duties or customs clearance charges. Any duties or customs fees imposed by your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
2.3 Inventory fluctuates in real‑time. Displayed “in‑stock” status does not guarantee order fulfillment. If your item becomes unavailable after checkout, we will offer you a choice between equivalent‑value exchange or a full original‑source refund with no additional compensation.
2.4 We reserve the right to adjust product pricing and promotions at any time. Changes will not affect already‑paid confirmed orders.
 
3. Orders, Payment & Cancellation
 
3.3 An order is confirmed only upon successful full payment. Unpaid orders will be automatically closed by our system after a period of time.
3.2 You shall complete payment through supported checkout methods and warrant that your payment instrument is valid and lawful.
3.3 Order processing: Orders will be prepared for shipment within 1‑5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3.4 Unshipped orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before preparation begins. Once packing or shipping labels are generated, direct cancellation is unavailable; you may proceed with our return procedure after receiving goods.
3.5 Once the parcel is handed over to the logistics carrier, we cannot intercept shipment or modify delivery address. Please double‑check your shipping information before checkout. Loss caused by incorrect address is at buyer’s expense.
 
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer
 
4.1 Parcels ship from our warehouse located in China, primarily for United States customers. Estimated transit time is 8‑14 business days. Delays caused by customs clearance or holidays do not constitute breach of contract.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer once the parcel is released to the shipping carrier. In case of lost packages, we will assist you to file a claim with the logistics provider, and settlement follows carrier claim results.
4.3 Recipient is responsible for cooperating with local customs clearance. If you refuse clearance or abandon shipment, round‑trip freight and customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
 
5. Return & Exchange Policy
 
5.1 Returns and exchanges are only accepted for verified manufacturing defects. Natural material variations, normal wear and tear, and man‑made damage are not eligible for return.
5.2 Please inspect items within 7 calendar days upon receipt. For manufacturing defects, contact our customer service with clear photos and videos to obtain return authorization. Do NOT send items back without prior support confirmation; unauthorized returns will not be processed.
5.3 Returned goods must be in brand‑new condition, with original packaging, tags and all accessories intact, free of wear marks. We reserve the right to reject returned items with missing parts or signs of use.
5.4 For valid manufacturing‑defect returns, we cover round‑trip shipping costs. Returns due to personal preference or sizing issues are subject to full round‑trip shipping costs borne by the buyer.
5.5 Custom‑engraved orders are non‑returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing fault.
5.6 After we receive and inspect returned merchandise, refunds will be processed within 7‑10 business days to your original payment method. Actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
 
6. User‑Submitted Content
 
6.1 When you submit reviews, messages, form submissions or email‑subscription information on our site, you grant us a non‑exclusive, perpetual, editable license to use such content for website and social‑media marketing purposes. Your private personal data will not be disclosed publicly.
