Order Processing

Shipping Fee

· Free shipping on orders over $79 USD.
· For orders under $79 USD, the shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

Shipping Time
· US: 7–15 business days
· Asia(Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia): 7–15 business days
· International: 10–20 business days

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. However, we are currently unable to deliver to countries or regions affected by armed conflict.

Customs & Duties
Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please report it within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date.
