How long is the return period?
For personal reasons (dislike, improper size, duplicate orders, wrong order) other than product quality issues, buyers may return goods within 7 calendar days upon receipt. Return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
‑ US Orders: We do not have a local US return warehouse. All approved returns from US customers must be shipped to our after‑sales center in China.
‑ Orders from other countries: Customers from outside the US must send returned items to our after‑sales center located in China.
Please note: Exact return address will be provided after your return request is approved. All returned items must be in original condition with original packaging.

2. Go to "My Orders".
3. Select the order containing items you wish to return.
4. Submit return application.
Our customer‑service team will review your request and send return instructions upon approval.

Return Instructions
Please return all TaoNumen jewelry items in original condition, including gift box, tags, shipping slip, brochures and free gifts, for resale purpose. Return may get rejected if items are incomplete.
Non‑returnable items:
‑ Goods not purchased from official TaoNumen website
‑ Second‑hand items
‑ Items with missing or damaged boxes, tags, accessories, gifts which affect resale
‑ Items damaged due to improper use, storage or maintenance by buyer
‑ Natural inclusions, cracks and color variations of natural crystals are inherent features, not manufacturing defects, not eligible for personal‑reason return
‑ Custom‑engraved items without manufacturing defects are non‑returnable for personal preference.
Gift‑box decorative accessories:
Wax seal on gift box serves purely as decorative ornament. Minor scuffs or breakage of the wax seal occurred during shipping shall not be deemed a product defect. Returns solely requested due to wax‑seal damage will not be accepted, provided the jewelry item itself remains intact and undamaged. No guarantee is made for the condition of decorative gift‑box accessories during international transit.
Return packaging requirements
Each piece shall be individually packed in separate transparent bag. Do not put multiple pieces into one single bag. Wrap goods fully with bubble film and place inside carton. Fill empty space inside carton with bubble padding to avoid scratching and friction. Keep goods away from pressure and water damage. Buyer shall take full responsibility for goods damaged during return transit.
Who covers shipping fees?
‑ Personal‑reason return: Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and any incurred international duties & customs fees. These fees will be notified after application review.
‑ Verified manufacturing defect: We cover round‑trip shipping fees.
Note: Exchange service is currently unavailable. You may place a new order after completing return procedure. Refund will be processed once returned parcel is received and inspected.
Refund
Upon valid return, TaoNumen will refund product purchase amount, original international shipping fee is non‑refundable. After receiving and inspecting returned merchandise, refund will be issued within 7‑10 business days to your original payment method.
Returned goods must remain unused and in original condition. We reserve the right to reject refund if goods are damaged or value reduced caused by buyer mishandling. Please keep all tags and packaging intact to avoid return rejection.
